History of LLC MDO “Tezinfoz”
The path of the organization’s formation and development
Organization founded
LLC MDO “Tezinfoz”, based on the founder’s Decision No. 1 dated April 03, 2012, was established as a limited liability company — a commercial microcredit organization under the name “Tez–Invest”.
Approval of incorporation documents
On May 08, 2012, LLC MDO “Tezinfoz” passed state registration. In 2013, the organization’s name was changed to “Tezinfoz”.
License from the National Bank of Tajikistan
In 2012, LLC MDO “Tez–Invest” received a license from the National Bank of Tajikistan to carry out microfinance activities. After the name change, in 2013 LLC MDO “Tezinfoz” also obtained a license from the National Bank of Tajikistan to carry out microfinance activities.
Activities and mission
The organization currently operates under the National Bank of Tajikistan license dated October 23, 2013. By providing microloans for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, attracting deposits from individuals and legal entities, offering consumer loans and other types of lending, LLC MDO “Tezinfoz” seeks to improve living conditions in Tajikistan and contribute to reducing poverty. There are clients in the country who need small amounts of funds to run a small business, expand their business, pay state fees when importing goods into the country, pay for their children’s education at universities and general secondary schools (lyceum, gymnasium), cover medical treatment, and other needs. However, in most cases such clients cannot obtain a small loan from large credit institutions. LLC MDO “Tezinfoz” is a microfinance organization and works specifically with such clients. LLC MDO “Tezinfoz” learns from strong past experience and continues moving forward. The organization’s specialists make a worthy contribution to this progress through attentive customer service.
